Taste Byron Bay’s Cooking Classes and Food Tours are based on a shared food experience, producing food from our own garden and local community using a sustainable, ethical system of agriculture, this includes meat, dairy, grains, nuts, fruit and vegetables.

We will do our best to accept dietary restrictions from our guests. Though as you form part of a larger class the entire menu can not always be tailored to your needs. We will however do our best to, adapt parts of the menu where possible with a minimum of 14 days notice. If you have any allergies or food intolerances please make sure you check we can accommodate your allergy or dietary requirements before making a booking. Unfortunately we can not accommodate all allergy and dietary requests due to the nature of operating a hands on group cooking classes and shared style menus at local restaurants, so best to please check with us before you make your booking.

Vegetarian
If you are a vegetarian we will most likely still have a meat on the menu for our other guests, but you are not required to cook with the meat if you do not wish to.

Vegan / Halal / Kosher
We are unable to accommodate vegans in our group cooking classes.
We are unable to provide halal and kosher prepared food during our group cooking classes.

Some dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated, we kindly request that you contact us if you are not sure.
