From the beginning our Salted Caramel Sauce has very much had her own personality and has won the hearts and minds of pretty much everyone she meets. In 2017, our founder Terase decided to “give the Salted Caramel Sauce the attention she deserves”, the result is that we’ve had the chance to introduce the sauce to more happy Salted Caramel Sauce fans, at the Byron Farmers’ Market and local speciality stores in Byron and further afield.
Our Salted Caramel Sauce is super versatile and can be used in a variety of ways including; straight from the jar with a spoon! Drizzled over ice cream, your go to sauce for a super quick and easy Apple Tarte Tatin, French Toast with Bacon, Belgium style Waffles, Sourdough Toast with Ricotta or Goats Cheese! Whip up a quick tart by placing some Pecan Nuts at the bottom of your cooked tart base, fill the tart with Salted Caramel Sauce then garnish with Raspberries, Peach Frangipane, Asian inspired pancakes with marinated chicken, chilli and an Asian herb salad.
