Terase, thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and for sharing your food knowledge - just loved exploring the New Brighton Farmers' Market and sampling some of the local produce around an open table of inspiring people. The recipes we cooked during our cooking class were absolutely delicious, loved picking fresh ingredients from the garden ...!! Can't wait to head back to Byron for a girls weekend of cooking soon.

I was lucky to be a part of Terase's BBQ cooking class in Manly last year. I have attended several cooking classes prepared by Terase. She is a fabulous presenter and a very talented chef! Terase creates a warm and welcoming environment whatever the location of the class and I always take home handy tips, tricks and new recipes to share with friends and family. Terase always uses the freshest seasonal produce and quality ingredients in her cooking and the end result is always delicious. She always encourages participation throughout the class making it a real hands-on experience. I would highly recommend Terase's classes to anyone wanting a fabulous foodie experience!
