Our food tours will take you on a food and flavour discovery around Byron and the surrounding Hinterland. Visiting some of our favourite local farmer’s markets, producers, farmers and eateries, whilst uncovering some little hidden foodie gems along the way. We will also be indulging a shared love of antiques, oysters and bubbles by offering a combined food tour and vintage shopping trip option. All our food tours will provide plenty of opportunities to sample and enjoy some of the regions finest produce and ask lots of foodie questions, whilst taking in some of the spectacular scenery along the way.
Our cooking classes take place at the iconic Figtree Restaurant in Ewingsdale, overlooking beautiful Byron Bay. For food with real flavour, we believe fresh seasonal local produce should provide the backbone of inspiration for each meal.
